ceasing to exist
A tad obvious, you might think?
Ceasing to exist... what does that mean?
It means they are no longer a part of the sea of consciousness in this living world; their absence leaves a blank empty void, curiously disconcerting.
It means I really will never get to see them again. Ever.
And their only type of existence is in the blazing memories of those left behind. Only then, will they truly be alive and walk amongst us again.
What a lonely fate.
