momento mori

Remember, you will die"

And that is what kept me up all night.
(Pun on words... which I now realise no one will get, damn)
Think,...
more figuratively than literally.
... but that makes no sense either. LOL
Nevermind.

momento mori
The two big "M"s in life; two ominous gravestones that stand like guardians before the underworld, standing solidly and proudly, proclaiming the fate of all mortal beings.

Is there fear in existentialism?
What is the displacement we feel after first learning about it?
I guess we all struggle so hard in life, a life in which we create our hopes and dreams; and in the end, we are told all are efforts have been, and will be, meaningless.
That, for sure, is disillusion.

I now know that psychology is something for the mentally, spiritually, emotionally strong.
You must be strong and unwavering in your beliefs like ancient Stonehenge standing, presiding over time.
Only then should you presume to delve into other theories and ideas,
because if not,
you will lose yourself, and be left to listlessly wander the dusky streets of twilight.
